The origins of Falcon are over 200 years old; the company was formed during 1819, in Scotland, as manufacturers of iron, producing their first cooking range in the 1850s. The company assumed the name Falcon in the 1960s, and since then have continued to grow and evolve the celebrated identity and reputation they hold today.
In the early 2000s, Falcon became part of the Ali Group, an Italian corporation investing in foodservice equipment companies. With the ability to draw upon this experience and additional investment in their company, Falcon, alongside its partners within the AFE Group, has been able to explore and develop the new technology seen in their range today.
