What are the opening hours at Nova Catering?

For contract customers, we're open 24/7 - You can call us anytime, anywhere and if you're within the contract, we will deal with your query.

For new customers that wish to get in touch, our call centre is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

What can Nova Catering Provide?

Nova Catering repairs offer repairs, installation, and maintenance checks of your commercial catering equipment, to restore your commercial kitchen back to its usual operation. 

Our engineers are available for anything from one-off commercial kitchen repairs all the way to multi-site management with service and repair plans.

How soon can you attend? and how do i know if you can fix the problem?

Nova Catering Repairs aim to attend to all breakdowns within 24 Hours. We carry a wide range of universal components which allow us to repair your equipment on the spot.

We also have extensive links with multiple part suppliers which enable us to carry out more difficult repairs quickly and efficiently. 

If you are a contract customer, you can call us 24/7 to log the fault with our skilled team of engineers.

Are you qualified to Service my Gas Cooker?

Yes, we are Gas Safe registered as well as F-Gas registered (Refrigeration Equipment).

Our highly-skilled engineers are fully trained and qualified for the job with City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications as well as Manufacturers Training.
